REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

Independent School District #36–Kelliher Schools (“District”) requests proposals from a full-service vendor to supply all fresh, frozen and dry food products and consumable supplies. Some items such as bread, milk and dairy products, and chemicals may be purchased as well under this contract.  The term of the contract will be for the 2025-2026 school year, beginning on July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, with up to four (4)-year renewals.  Sealed proposals must be submitted in paper form by 2:00 p.m. central time Thursday, May 15, 2025 to Justine Nistler, Food Service Director, Kelliher Public Schools, PO Box 259, 345 4th St Kelliher, MN  56650.  The envelope must be clearly marked “Food Service-Prime Vendor Proposal”.  Copies of the request for proposal and exhibits may be requested from Justine Nistler, email: jnistler@kelliher.k12.mn.us and will be sent electronically  and as hard copies at no charge.  District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.  District reserves the right to select the proposal which it determines to be in the best interest of the District.
